Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be charged in full. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week if sufficient notice is given. No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will be charged in full. Illness or Emergencies: If an unavoidable emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible. I may request documentation for repeated cases. Package Sessions: For multi-session packs, missed sessions are generally not refunded, but can be rescheduled if notice is given in accordance with this policy.
